What this pass checks
- HTTP status codes, redirect chains & canonical tags
- robots.txt, XML sitemaps & indexability (noindex / meta-robots)
- HTTPS, HSTS and security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, etc.)
- Render-blocking CSS/JS volume & mobile viewport
- Stray staging / dev domains and mixed-content leaks
Why it matters
A single wrong canonical, a noindex left in from staging, or a blocked sitemap can quietly wipe you off the results page. This pass catches the silent killers first.
